Employees increasingly expect their professional life to offer a significant sense of purpose, as a 2021 survey by McKinsey shows. Employers failing to meet this need will lose talent to companies and sectors providing meaningful jobs. Contributing to creating a cleaner, net-zero emissions world can offer employees this much-needed purpose.
