Since 2018, the “Boss Ladies” programme in Denmark aims to attract more women into vocational educations in the installation and construction industry. Their core action is to build a networking of female ambassadors. They received a special prize at the Danish Diversity Awards and they also we featured at UN Climate Change Conference COP26
